Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers. We use AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1) to ensure low latency and compliance with Indian data localization requirements.
Who can access my data?
Only you and team members you explicitly authorize can access your data. Our engineering team has limited access for support purposes, and all access is logged and audited.
How do you handle security incidents?
We have a dedicated incident response process. Any security incidents are investigated immediately, affected users are notified within 72 hours, and we conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
Can I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Yes, 2FA is available for all accounts. We recommend enabling it for enhanced security. You can set it up in your account settings.
Is my payment information secure?
We never store your complete payment information. All payments are processed through Razorpay, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified - the highest level of payment security.
