At Lessorio, we are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment – no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Eligible for Full Refund

  • First-time subscribers within 30 days of their first payment
  • Annual plan subscribers within 30 days of purchase
  • Subscribers who experienced significant service outages
  • Subscribers charged in error or duplicate payments

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Renewal payments (monthly or annual renewals)
  • Requests made after 30 days from the first payment
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Add-on purchases (SMS credits, extra features)
  • Enterprise plans with custom contracts (refer to your agreement)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to refunds@lessorio.com
  2. Include your details:
    • Your registered email address
    • Account name or ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. Wait for confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days

4. Refund Process

4.1 Review Timeline

We review all refund requests within 3 business days. For straightforward cases (first payment within 30 days), refunds are typically approved immediately.

4.2 Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI: 2-3 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Wallet: 2-3 business days

4.3 Refund Amount

The refund amount will be the full amount paid, excluding any payment gateway fees that are non-refundable by the payment processor.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • SMS Credits: Purchased SMS credits are non-refundable but remain in your account
  • WhatsApp API Fees: Monthly WhatsApp Business API subscription fees
  • Custom Development: Any custom development work done for your account
  • Training Sessions: Paid training or onboarding sessions

6. Cancellation

6.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings (Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan). Alternatively, email us at support@lessorio.com

6.2 Access After Cancellation

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

6.3 Data Retention

Your data will be retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. During this period, you can reactivate your subscription and retain all your data. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.

7. Annual Plan Refunds

For annual plan subscribers:

  • Within 30 days: Full refund of the annual payment
  • After 30 days: Pro-rated refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Pro-rated calculation: (Remaining months / 12) × Annual payment amount

8. Chargebacks

If you believe there's an issue with a charge, please contact us first at refunds@lessorio.com. We're committed to resolving issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For existing customers, the policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
