Lessorio was born from a simple observation: managing rental properties in India is unnecessarily complicated. Landlords juggle spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and paper documents while trying to stay compliant with GST and TDS regulations.
We built Lessorio to handle rent collection, agreements, and tax reports in one place — with the Indian specifics landlords actually deal with: police verification, stamp paper, and state-specific agreement formats.
Today, landlords across India use Lessorio to track rent, store agreements, and pull GST/TDS numbers without rebuilding spreadsheets every quarter.
